Additional charges are as follows:

Travel/Accommodation
Travel Calculated on distance from Narrabri on application eg. Glenn Innes is $600.

Accommodation is $250.

 

Waiter/Waitress Staff
$18 per person per hour. 
Suggested number of Waiter/Waitress would be 1 person every 30 people.

 

If you would like to secure a date a $550 non-refundable booking fee will apply. (This will be deducted from the total invoice.)

 

Final numbers are required one week before the function for catering purposes.  Please note you will be charged for the agreed number of guests.

 

A deposit of 40% is required 4 weeks prior to the function if the total number of guests are over 50 persons.  Full payment will be required on the day of the function.
